With the latest manufacturing unit located in Rajkot, Gujarat,
Meera Casting is one of the largest in the foundry industry. Meera Casting has a specific, yet continuous production process that caters to every function needed to produce a technologically superior casting component.
Our Goal
The Company has invested in facilities to achieve its goal of speedy product development of high quality castings.
From initial stages of Pattern design, to completion of production tooling, we have the expertise and experience needed for quick development of new castings.
Our Commitment
Our fully equipped manufacturing facility includes foundry machinery like Induction Furnace from Inductotherm (750 Kg & 3000 Kg Crucibles), Continuous Mixer from Omega UK(10T & 20T), Sand Reclamation Unit – Omega UK (6T & 9T), Shot Blasting Machines. Machining shop equipped with CNC turning, VMC, VTL, Lathe, Drilling, Grinding & all necessary measuring instruments & gauges.
Testing equipment like Spectrometer (Bruker – Germany), Microscope with Image analyzer (Metalsoft), Universal Testing Machine, Hardness Tester along with lab for chemical testing, weighing scale, temperature controller & analyzer etc…
